a portable electrical test instrument used by marinas,
boatyards, surveyors, and technicians to safely and conveniently
test the presence and amount of stray AC electrical current
caused by AC electrical faults in a boats equipments and wiring.
It also measures AC voltages and currents in all the wires of
the shore power cable. It accepts a Silver/Silver-Chloride
