Terms of Sale:
- Product is shipped FOB Port Angeles, WA.
- Washington State Residents will be charged the proper state sales tax for the shipping destination.
- We will ship retail products at no charge to U.S. and Canada addresses by regular mail. We charge $4.00 per item for priority mail within the United States and $7.00 per item for priority mail to Canada. Shipping weight is 8 oz.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard and cashiers checks or money orders in U.S. funds
- We accept personal checks drawn on a United States bank but will hold shipment until the check has cleared - typically two weeks
- Checks and money orders should be made payable to ESC Products Corporation
- Returns: The unit may be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund, less any shipping charges. Product must be returned postpaid and in new condition, uninstalled and unmodified, together with all packaging materials, manual, and original invoice. In the unlikely event of a defective product, warranty conditions (click here to read warranty) apply.
